ESF #2 Training Conference

The objective of the Training Conference is to advance the training and operational readiness of the ESF #2 Emergency Communications Team members. ESF #2 Conferences are an opportunity for individuals to participate in both the training program and information sharing opportunities with representatives from the other ESF #2 Support Agencies. The conference attendees receive instruction on:

• current ESF #2 operating policies and procedures
  
  
• communications technologies that may be employed during emergency operations
  
  
• Government and private sector "best practices" for coordinating communications services during an emergency.
