Manager, National Coordinating Center

The Manager, National Coordinating Center for Telecommunications (NCC), is responsible for the
day-to-day operations and management of the SHARES program, to include operations of the SHARES Coordination Network, support to the SHARES Emergency Coordination Team, and management of the NCC HF radio station. The current Manager is Mr. John O'Connor.
